So far I only got 3 Amiibos so far.
Here's what I called them.
Inkling Girl ; Squid Girl, Named her after the Manga/Anime titled character of the same same.
Inkling boy ; Boid, Well I named him so because he's a boy so it's boi-d.
Inkling Squid ; Splats.

So what nicknames have you given your Amiibo's?

I love giving them funny names. Sometimes, the Smash outfits I use help make it make sense.

Peach - "Toadstool"
Toad - "Towed"
Rosalina - "Elsa"

Villager - "Killager"
Donkey Kong (white colour) - "Yet DK"

I got myself a Smash Pikachu today & I called him BuzzKill.

Shulk - "She Hulk"

I added a Jigglypuff to my collection & called it Marshmellow.

That would be awesome & there pretty good almost natural sounding text to speech codecs that they could use.
Still there are issues thou, licensing costs & getting the actor to agree on recording the voice samples instead of the normal lines in the ect, ect.

Named after the famous Si-Fi author Sir Isaac Asimov famous for writing robot stories including Bicentennial Man & I Robot.

I named mine "R.O.B.erto".
