The Behemoth's next major game will be Pit People. Those who have seen the concept work before know it's going to be a turn-based grid-based tactics game with their signature art style.

I love this genre. If anyone can do something fresh with it, it's The Behemoth. This little preview piece at RPS has some footage attached. It'll be interesting to see how well The Behemoth inhabits a genre that doesn't rely as much on platforming as their previous games.

Pit People is currently in beta on Steam, and The Behemoth will be streaming some of it today between 3:30-5:30 Pacific time.

Tomorrow is Pit People's official release date. It has been in early access for quite some time, and I believe a couple of our forum members have played it.
