Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapters

The game was announced yesterday and is a PS4 exclusive.

It will include Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance, Kingdom Hearts X Back Cover, and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep 0.2 (a new addition to Birth by sleep).

This has pretty much confirmed that I'll be getting a PS4 before a XBone.

Now if only the PS4 was backwards compatible I could play all the major entries in the series on one device

That's too bad though, because I'm more interested in 2.5 than 2.8.

1.5 had 1, chain of memories and videos of 358/2 days.

2.5 had 2, birth by sleep and videos of re:coded.

Geez didn't know there was a 1.5 and 2.5!

That's pretty sweet though, almost every game on the PS3.

I still don't think I'm going to get this, the biggest entry on this game is Dream Drop Distance, which I've already played. Come on 1.5 + 2.5 PS4 editions! :p

So around a month after this game comes out, Square Enix is releasing Kingdom Hearts 1.5 and 2.5 on PS4 as a single collection, so KH 1 Final Mix, Chain of Memories, re:coded, KH 2, Birth By Sleep and 358/2 days. SO along with 2.8 every single KH game will be playable on PS4?

That's one heck of a collection, I'll definitely be picking it up - providing I have the time to work through 6 games!
