Just checked on my 3DS what retail games I've got downloaded.
EU/PAL sizes:
Mario Golf: World Tour : 4244 blocks
Steel Diver: Sub Wars : 1576 blocks (not sure if it was a retail title)

Still prefer to get retail games on cartridge, so list is short. The other retail titles are already on the master list.
