Top 512 — Week 3 — Poll 16

Welcome to the #BGE2020 Elimination Round of 512!
Each game is seeded based on its performance in the two opening rounds of pools. Every game in the Upper Bracket has defeated multiple other games in 1-on-1 polls to get to this point. These are still the best of the best.
Polls are updated weekly, typically on Sunday or Monday. Check back throughout the week to make sure you don't miss a vote!
HOW TO VOTE
This is easy. You only get one vote per poll. The game with the most votes wins. In the event of a tie, the higher seed advances, so don't get complacent!

Ooh, this one's actually hard. nuDoom's actually good, and Dark Souls II had a shaky start for being a bit more inscrutable than its predecessor and arguably not as good... but that inscrutability came back for Bloodborne and people loved it there, and it has some great set piece battles and characters. It grew on me a lot. DSII it is.

Doom 2016 is better than the worst Dark Souls game (Which is still a pretty good game just not as good as it's predecessor or successor)

DS2 is notorious for being the worst of the trilogy and I agree with that. I still loved it and played through it 2-3 times though!

Yeah, I don't agree with it at all. I think going back it for a replay, it holds up better than DS3 does. Putting it in context, it was a big step back from Dark Souls, which turned off a lot of fans, but I think it aged well and has a lot of great set moments. Well, I wouldn't say it's WAY BETTER than DS3 of course... but they're close.
