Welcome to the #BGE2020 Elimination Round of 512!
Each game is seeded based on its performance in the two opening rounds of pools. Every game in the Upper Bracket has defeated multiple other games in 1-on-1 polls to get to this point. These are still the best of the best.
Polls are updated weekly, typically on Sunday or Monday. Check back throughout the week to make sure you don't miss a vote!
HOW TO VOTE
This is easy. You only get one vote per poll. The game with the most votes wins. In the event of a tie, the higher seed advances, so don't get complacent!

Re: Top 512 — Week 4 — Poll 25
It sure is! But there's an interesting contrast here.
I think CEDX is a good-but-not-great game that strays further from the core Pac-Man gameplay than the original CE (and is worse for it). F-Zero X, meanwhile, I think is the purest execution of the F-Zero concept and still feels great at 60fps. Its GameCube and arcade successors may have the best gameplay and tightness of control, but they miss the mark just a bit on sights and sounds*. My dream F-Zero combines the comic book, retro-future aesthetic and metal soundtrack of X with the blistering engine of GX. I doubt I'll ever get that game, but you never know!
*To be clear, I think GX is gorgeous and its soundtrack is great, I just think the more realistic aesthetic and the musical genre shift both move away from what made X so cool.
