I've played neither, but have enjoyed PP memes much more than MK memes.

This was a tough one for me, but I gave a semi-reluctant vote to Super Mario Kart. Not sure why, as I love PP and Super isn't even my favorite MK game. I guess I'm just too lazy to wait for DS or 8 to show up.
