First update. Beat my secret santa gift and there's no side quests or difficulty level so I've completed it as well. Was a weird game but fun. Became very text heavy near the end which got very annoying and somewhat boring. The story was decent enough though and was well worth playing.

(Jan 10) - SteamWorld Heist (3DS)

First one of 2016! Wasn't a very hard complete, but I was playing the medium difficulty. I could gather more hats, but I'm pretty sure I grabbed all the ones you get from combat, with the only others left over being the ones you buy from the shop.

Overall I loved the game. When I heard Image & Form weren't making SteamWorld Dig 2 I was a little disappointed, but it turns out I like Heist even more. It just has some real good SRPG combat, a great selection of characters, music and art style. Took me about 22 hours to work through the campaign, starting the new game plus now at a higher difficulty. I can't recommend this one enough, hopefully you all get to try it when it comes to other platforms.

This will kick 2016 off for me! I've always been a fan of MK, but I Was little late to this entry. Nevertheless, I enjoyed its nonsense story, and I've had fun playing online. I've got a lot of hours left in this one.

Finally played and beat this game. World 8 took some time for me but wasn't too hard. Game overall is far better than 1 and around about as fun as World however I think I'll always prefer world over it due to nostalgia.
