I imagine The Last of Us and Bloodborne deserve votes, but I mean, I don't know anything about that.

Bloodborne is a bit of a cheat, but gets an easy vote from me nonetheless.

Super Meat Boy is the easiest vote I've ever had to make. Great game, with a perfect mix of originality on one hand and borrowing from classics of the genre on the other. The pixel-perfect platforming and controls are the icing on the cake.

I feel like The Last of Us would be getting more love in a different context, and probably deserves it, but I haven't played enough of it to give it a vote.
