League of Legends is hard to evaluate because the game exists in a constant state of flux. I stopped playing MOBAs and haven't been caught up with League in a year or more. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the game immensely while I was still playing it. The constant evolution of the game (a trademark of this genre) is simultaneously appealing and offputting. On one hand the game lacks the stagnation that other games have but on the other hand, if there's a meta that you like, from one week to the next, it can come to an end. Some of the patches can "ruin" the game.

I've explained my love of this game in some incomplete detail in this post earlier in the competition.

That all applies here.

But above and beyond that, for the specific purposes of this one-offs side-event, it's also worth noting that Destiny set the record for the biggest launch of a new IP in video game history. While a lot of that was certainly hype, the player base has been holding up quite well, hitting 25M over a year after release and even becoming the most-watched console game on Twitch.

Until the eventual inevitable sequel, this game is pretty much the archetypal one-off. It also happens to be a really entertaining game.

Man I thought I'd be the only one to vote for Ghost Trick. Glad to see that other people liked that game. It was neat and creative.
