Ugh. I'm never proactive about this. I think tonight I'll try my best to reconstruct this from Amazon/digital ordering audit trails and my Backloggery memory card. Now that I'm well and truly and independent adult, it might not hurt to track this diligently.

IMO it's best if you're not the kind of person to impose artificial guilt on yourself for your adult spending, but rather track it for informational/guidance purposes. Of course, it's not like anyone here is blowing their mortgage on F2P add-ons or anything.
