The Switch's onboard Play Activity log only keeps track of up to 20 games, and the times it provides are vague estimates... but maybe this is something they'll eventually update. That doesn't mean the stats geeks among us can't keep track of the few games that exist so far!

Definitely would be nice to have some accurate hours! I also like how the 3DS did it where it showed your weekly/monthly/yearly play time.

It's so frustrating that the Wii U and 3DS both had very competent play time logs (the Wii not so much), and then the Switch comes with this huge step backwards. The crazy thing is, it's one of the things Nintendo does a lot better than their competitors. Even the Switch's play time log is better than what Sony offers (nothing). Like, Nintendo actively tried to screw it up and still put out something rough that does the job.
I sure hope they patch this back into useful shape.

Definitely, I even thought Wii U's log was a step backwards from 3DS though. What I do at least like about this log is your friends can see it
It is something I wish the other console makers would adopt.

Average Play Time (outside of Switch HOME menu): 1:10 per day. Days played in July: 9 Highest play time on a game in July: Close to 5 hours (Blaster Master Zero)

Cave Story+ - Played on 3 days (playtime tie-breaker advantage)
The Binding of Issac: Afterbirth+ - Played on 3 days (Tied with Puyo Puyo Tetris [demo version])
Super Bomberman R - Played on 1 day (Tied with Disgaea 5 Complete [demo version])

Again, not a very representative top 10 list, I have no idea if I played more of Snake Pass or Slime-San I have a few other "5 hour" games that extend past the top 10 as well.
