I added a poll to this very thread!

I've collected 35 moons so far. 17 in Cascade Kingdom and 18 in Sand Kingdom where I'm still at.

I'm in the 780s right now for moons. Got 'em all in Cascade, Cloud, and Ruined Kingdoms.

Glad Kong made a zero option. I am legitimately uber excited to see that vote change once one moon is obtained!!!
I intend to live forever, or die trying

Nice, I've only completed Lake and Cloud. Some kingdoms only have around 5-10 moons left though. Currently working through seaside. After this I'll probably go to

bowser's kingdom
, haven't been there since beating the game.

I just finished up Luncheon. That was a really fun one to wrap up. Love that stage. There's a few challenges in Bowser's I just can't seem to get. Specifically

I'm not looking forward to wrapping up the minigames in Metro and Seaside. It was hard enough to get 15 in Seaside's

. How am I gonna hit 100?

I managed to get 100 in jump rope after a few tries, there's a rhythm to listen to. But I literally only made it to exactly 100

Haven't done the seaside one, but apparently it's easier than jump rope. There's a certain way you can cheese it

Got all the moons in every kingdom except Wooded, Metro, Seaside, Snow, and
Spoiler
Dark Side.
Haven't even entered
Spoiler
Darker Side
yet. I'm up to 840 moons or so. After I beat the story, I usually just play it while watching Netflix or something. I admit, I did look up a couple here and there though. (And more than I'm proud to admit for Hint Art.)

I haven't looked up a moon yet. I actually find the hint system to be Great in this game. The parrot often gives you just enough context to figure it out. Then there's hint toad you can pay that will tell you the location of a moon, but not what to do. I've only used him once, turns out it was something I had thought I did already!

Also, upon re exploring
Spoiler
bowser's kingdom
really surprised me. Moons packed in every corner there! I particularly liked the moon near the end of the stage where
Spoiler
you had to jump down onto that giant bowser face.
