Turtwig's entire evolutionary line is amazing, and Piplup's are freaky-looking Mod robot butler penguins... Even though Piplup was my starter in Gen 4, I'm going to have to vote for Turtwig for being a fantastic design.

I was going to go with piplup, but Turtwig is a brilliant name.
