Main Event Semifinals

Post by This Old Neon »

The Semifinals feature two single-elimination brackets. Pick the best of each match-up and cross your fingers.
  • You can only vote for ONE (1) game in each bracket.
  • The game with the most votes in each bracket will advance to the Project Finals.
  • You can’t change your votes once they’ve been submitted, so click carefully. Voting closes on Saturday at 11:59 P.M. ADT.

Tetris (1989, GB)

I am admittedly cool with either game winning either bracket! This is a rare treat!

Tetris and Metal Gear Solid for me. Blows me away that Portal has made it this far. I'd say that has at least a little to do with the fact that nearly everyone on Earth has played it.

Pulling for MGS from this point forward! 🐍

I’ve said it before but I really don’t understand how Tetris is fun. At least it isn’t for me. So I voted for Portal even though I’ve never played it because there’s more to do in it.

I struggled with the second bracket and am okay with either game winning but I put my vote behind SotN. It’s just an incredible metroidvania with great atmosphere and tons to see and do.
I never thought I would feel this way, but now I know. Now I know. I never thought I would see things as I see them now, but now I know. I never thought I would hurt so bad, but now I know. Now I know.
