Gotta give Dig Dug a nod here. Such a great game. Though, I'm a bit of a sucker for the Namco arcade classics.

Can only be Morrowind. I'm surprised it's this low to be honest. Soooo many hours just wandering around being whoever I wanted to be, doing whatever I wanted. I'd never played anything like it. Nothing filled me with "adventure" quite like Morrowind. I suspect going back it will be really archaic but nothing can take away the memories this game produced.

Only discovered The Binding of Issac this year, but I thought it was pretty dope.

I've never actually played Morrow Wind, it looked to be a good entry though. My first game in the series was Oblivion.

I'll probably need to make a tough decision at a later stage, but for now I'm not going to. Galaga, Dig Dug, Doom II, done.

Diddy Kong Racing > Mario Kart 64.

Not a common opinion but it's mine. I just loved the single player stuff (Heard it's Crash Nitro Racing is Similar in that sense too, but I've only watched people play that when I was very young). Nonetheless one of the best kart racing games of its time.

Doom II and Lemmings are my obvious two votes. Waffling on a third. Morrowind, Galaga, and Dig Dug all have things that recommend them. I'll have to come back to this.

I haven't played enough of these games to judge very well, so I'll pass on this round. I really loved Dig Dug and Galaga though.

I figured I would be the only vote for Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. I consider it one of the best 8-bit games ever made, making its relative obscurity a real tragedy. I encourage any Metal Gear fans that haven't given it a shot to do so as soon as you can. It's available on either of the two Metal Gear collections that have come out in the past few years. Get on it!

Also cast an easy vote for Galaga. Don't feel any need to justify that one!
