Gaming Resolutions for 2022

For my part, I enjoyed having a theme last year and it spilled over into books I was reading and movies I was watching. This year, then, I’ll do the same with a broad theme that includes an incredible amount of gaming, reading, and watching options.

I’d do better at these if I looked at them more than a couple times a year. Anyway I didn’t do badly!

1. Play the heck out of space games. This went well mostly due to my adoration of Persistence in the early part of the year. I also invested a lot of time in Returnal until realizing and accepting that it’s too tough for me. Played a lot of Alien and quite a few shooters too. Also enjoyed some science fiction reading this year and the obligatory Alien watching.

2. Beat another Resident Evil. I failed at this one though I did get far in the amazing Resident Evil 2. My save is in a precarious spot so I may need to restart…I’ll get back to this.

3. I trounced my three platinum goal with like eight or something. Shocking!
