SEGA used their time at Geoff Keighley's bizarre little awards show to announce that they've got new games in development including Streets of Rage, Jet Set Radio, Shinobi, Golden Axe, Crazy Taxi, "and more."
Hard to tell from the very brief footage of each if they'll be any good at all, but nice to see SEGA deploying some IP other than Like a Dragon and Sonic.
If Golden Axe or Streets of Rage have online co-op and are any good, I'd love to play with some TONe folks, of course.
Golden Axe looks like a 3D action adventure brawler. I did not get promising vibes from the very brief snippet of trailer.
The new Shinobi looks like a more straightforward 2D action platformer.
Crazy Taxi looks like Crazy Taxi lol. I'm glad to see them working on this stuff.
