Welcome to the #BGE2020 Elimination Round Lower Bracket!
Each game in the lower bracket is still seeded based on its performance in the two opening rounds of pools! Every game in the lower bracket has already been defeated by another game in a 1-on-1 poll to get to this point. This is their chance to claw their way back into the main event... but the stakes are high. The games that lose in these polls are out of the tournament for good! The games that survive will face the next crop of upper bracket losers in the next round.
Polls are updated weekly, typically on Monday. Check back throughout the week to make sure you don't miss a vote!
HOW TO VOTE
This is easy. You only get one vote per poll. The game with the most votes wins. In the event of a tie, the higher seed advances, so don't get complacent!

Re: BOTTOM 192 — Week 3 — Poll 14
Ugh I’ll have to think on this one too.
I never thought I would feel this way, but now I know. Now I know. I never thought I would see things as I see them now, but now I know. I never thought I would hurt so bad, but now I know. Now I know.
Re: BOTTOM 192 — Week 3 — Poll 14
This one is turning out to be surprisingly difficult for me, too, and I've made a whole successful YouTube channel based on Warsong lol. My first inclination is that Ikaruga is one of the rare shmups that does something unique and interesting with mechanics and makes something of a legacy out of it, rising above a sea of samey genre entries, and then this becomes more impressive when the genre starts to die out and people go back looking for the classics.
Warsong had a similar trajectory, not being amongst the earliest tactical RPGs (there are PC classics like Pool of Radiance to content with), but throwing up some nice little tactical tweaks like defensive terrain and generic troops who fight better closer to their commanders etc. And I just like that style of game better. Hmm... I'll be happy with whoever ends up winning, because they do both deserve to go a bit further in this contest, but I'll come back to place my own vote later.
