I made one more level yesterday. I think it's a lot easier than my last few. The whole idea of it is to use a specific enemy combination as the stage's main obstacle.

Did anybody post this yet? It's some MM art booklet that comes with the game? For those of us who haven't got a Wii U yet, we'll have to content ourselves with this and youtubes...

Yeah it's kind of neat, gives you different ideas for levels and shows off some art. Interesting thing about it is that some things in the book will have a 4 digit code beside it, and you can take that code and enter it in the digital manual for the game and it will give a detailed description of what it is aand how to make it. The manual itself is neat, it's not like other electronic manuals, it works more like a website. There are even secret videos to find in the manual from Miyamoto.

Also, still waiting to try everyone's levels. Been busy studying, but also I can't seem to locate my GamePad at the moment :p

Again I focused on one idea - Bullet Bills and what I could do with them. It might take you a couple tries but I'm sure everyone can beat it!
I really enjoyed this level. Gave you a star. The paratroopa stage was a tad obnoxious by the 2/3 point. I'm another one who couldn't pass that part. Part of it is half the time I try to wall-jump, I end up butt-stomping.

Thanks! Are you using the D-pad or anologue stick to move? I find with the stick I often butt stomp when I don't want to. At least I'm improving in my stage design ha ha!

I've got this idea for a stage I'm hoping to put together soon involving P-switches and chain chomps, might be interesting.

Claytone

F9AB-0000-0043-1747 - Choose Your Fate!

evildevil97

958C-0000-0024-1846 - Bowser's Aqua Ship - A SMB3 non-scrolling airship with a couple water segments thrown in. Ends with a boss fight with Bowser.
7639-0000-0032-6E7E - Mind Over Manor - A SMW ghost house with a small castle section thrown in. Probably my worst designed course. Features a small Magikoopa section and a lot of Big Flying Dry Bones bouncing sections.
00A7-0000-0039-903B - The Tower of Up - A SMB1 vertically inspired platforming gauntlet. Easily my best course thus far, though it probably is a bit too long. I'm quite proud of a minor Boo puzzle I put late in the stage.
4E52-0000-0043-88B1 - Cloud Muncher Valley
Alright I tried Clay's stage, I beat it on the easiest route :p I tried the hardest route a few times (unknowingly) and almost made it through, so many unsuspecting thwomps!

I also tried your Falcon and your first level. They were tough (lots of devilishly placed piranha plants) But I was able to beat them.

I also tried all of evildevils, but I didn't beat Manor and Aqua ship because I didn't have the patience for all the enemies  In Tower I made it to the part with the big flying Dry Bones, cannon, and one parakoopa. I killed the parakoopa accidentally and didn't have anyway to make my way higher as far as I could tell :/. I beat Cloud Muncher. I thought the Muncher in the cloud was clever, but the only problem was that if you run into them while jumping they'll stop your movement entirely which messed me up more often than not. They can also squish you into corners and kill you instantly. So it took a bit of effort to get through all of that! I may try and beat the others eventually.

I also reached 50 stars today, which means I can upload 20 levels now. We'll see how long it takes me to get to 10 :p

I kind of want to make a level that revolves around the new spin wall jump technique (instead of pressing A to jump off a wall, press R to spin jump off the wall so you can land on spikey enemies) but I doubt there are a lot of people who even know to do it, so maybe I'll just make it for my own personal challenge

You can still make it by hopping on a cannonball. The paratroopa was a late addition to the stage.

Beat Shoe's paratroopa level. Just the one obnoxious walljump section and everything else was fine.

I uploaded another stage. I'm starting to go with the "focus on one enemy" idea. So...

Buzzy Beetleship: 9F72-0000-004A-BB30

Basically, a "ride the Parabeetles to success" type of stage, with a track section and a fork in the road to the exit. There's one hidden Cape Feather in the stage, along with a few 1ups. Fire Flowers are relatively plentiful for the sake of an extra hit. Bowser and son both make an appearance, though Bowser is only on the high road to the exit.

Quick question, since I haven't booted this up yet: is there an option to make a level auto-scroll?

Yes there is, you click on the timer once it unlocks for autoscroll options.

Here are my first two levels done on my friends wii u while I was visiting him.

My levels :
multiple route mayhem
837F-0000-0042-8A5A

Multiple ways to beat the level, many secrets to be found!

Can you find all 3 secrets?
97CA-0000-0042-850f

Again multiple ways to beat this level, slightly puzzler platformerish with big secrets to be found
