That's too bad, I would've liked to have that scarf.Kreegs wrote:Confirmed that North America will be getting the special edition of the game that includes the scarf. Will anyone be picking up the scarf?
Do any of us live in NYC? I can't wait to see the ebay prices for the scarf later in the day on the 26th.

I haven't seen a mention of a scarf at the stores I've looked at for the price of the game. Amazon.co.uk has an "Hyrule Warriors with Amazon-exclusive Pre-order Bonus" (The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Costume Pack), but that's it. That said, I'm still not sure about this game. Maybe I'll wait a while and get the digital version (although I can get it cheaper on disc), perhaps they'll do a special sale on the eShop?Kong Wen wrote:They shouldn't be insanely rare since they come with European versions of the game too.
There's a link to info in the second post. It comes with the Special Edition. It is on Amazon, but it looks like it's sold out and/or only being sold by third-party sellers. Maybe it was a Nintendo Store exclusive in Europe as well?MerlinDrazziw wrote:I haven't seen a mention of a scarf at the stores I've looked at for the price of the game. They'll literally just be a different look. No Warriors game has ever given different abilities or stats based on costume. They'll all be available as paid DLC later anyway, so even if you had a change of heart and really wanted to get them, you don't need to worry about pre-ordering.MerlinDrazziw wrote:Never played any game on PS2 or 3, so never played a Warriors game as well. Anyway, codes for ingame costumes doesn't seem a big deal to me. Unless those costumes come with special abilities or something like that, it's just a different look for the same character.
