Castlevania III and Pikmin 2 are obviously the best games in this bracket, but I cast some votes Metroid Fusion and Paper Mario's way because they're pretty good too.

Shame I haven't gotten around to Shadow of the Colossus yet, though. It's been sitting on my shelf for ages!

So far with the BGE I'll be adding Metroid Fusion and Castlevania Aria of Sorrow to my list of games I need to play.

The disparity of votes is really a testament to how many good games are on display here.

Punch-Out!! Just a classic game. Really wished I had played it back in the day. It's difficult yet do-able if you're willing to learn.

Lylat Wars. Just so much replayability and easily the most quotable video game of all time. (I say easily, but I suppose the original Resident Evil could come a close second)

Shadow of the Colossus, for reasons stated before.

It took me a long time to start it, too, despite how much I loved Ico. You definitely should start it soon, though. It's one of the best games you've never played.
I never thought I would feel this way, but now I know. Now I know. I never thought I would see things as I see them now, but now I know. I never thought I would hurt so bad, but now I know. Now I know.

Looks like I skipped over Castlevania 3 initially. That's an easy choice. Abstaining no more!

Punch-Out!!, Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse, Metroid Fusion, and Shadow of the Colossus will advance to the final qualifying round!

A tie-breaker between Paper Mario and Star Fox 64 / Lylat Wars will be posted soon.
